Canopy Cover to Sunken Trampoline in West Sussex

In November 2022 Justina Pugh-Morgan, the Business Support Manager of Woodlands Meed School in Burgess Hill, West Sussex, contacted Zenith regarding a canopy to replace an existing plastic Dome Structure and cover a new outdoor Sunken Trampoline to provide Rebound Therapy for the pupils at the school.

The school is a Generic Special School and by using a trampoline, it provides opportunities for enhanced movement patterns, therapeutic positioning, exercise and recreation for a wide range of users with additional needs.

After Ian Manners of Zenith carried out a site survey, he recommended 1 x 7m x 7m Cicogna 150 canopy structure to cover the trampoline which allowed for at least an extra metre of covered area surrounding the trampoline so that it can be used in all weathers.

Ian worked closely with Sunken Trampolines UK Ltd to arrange the installation of the canopy and trampoline which was carried out in July 2023 during the Summer break to avoid any disruption during the day to day running of the school.

The school are delighted with the canopy.

Zenith have previously installed canopies over trampolines including another 6m x 6m Cicogna 150 at the Heritage House School in Chesham.
